At Ali Amin Perfume Co., we value your trust and satisfaction. Every perfume and attar is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. However, in rare cases of damage or delivery issues, we are happy to assist under the following terms.
1. Product Condition
We accept returns and refunds only if the product is damaged or lost during shipping. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
Change of mind
Wrong product choice
Opened or used items
2. Reporting Damage or Loss
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. To process your claim:
You must provide a video clearly showing the package and product condition at the time of unboxing.
This helps us verify the issue and process your request quickly.
3. Return Process
If your product is damaged or lost in transit:
Contact us via WhatsApp or phone at +91 88790 20103 within 48 hours.
Share the video evidence and order details.
Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return or replacement process.
In case of a lost parcel, we will coordinate with the courier partner and keep you updated until resolution.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable).
5. Exemptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:
Opened or used perfumes/attars
Perishable or customized products
Gift boxes or combo packs once opened
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours of placement.
If the product has not been dispatched, you may contact us for cancellation approval.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that is out of stock or has a pricing error.
In such cases, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
